Hello Mirko,
Here are the logs:

/etc/ldap/schema/phamm-vacation.schema: line 23 attributetype: Inconsistent
duplicate attributeType: "1.3.6.1.4.1.22339.1.1.28"
/etc/ldap/slapd.conf: line 13: <include> handler exited with 1!
slapd destroy: freeing system resources.
slapd stopped.
connections_destroy: nothing to destroy.

There is few information
Please start slapd with loglevel debug and see syslog on local4
