[Phamm] Upgrade How To for 5.17 from 5.15

Afternoon all.

I have a working production environment on ubuntu using 5.15 (did not 
use the debian package to install)  5.17 makes a few ACL changes that 
would be helpful for me so I'm pondering how to do an inplace upgrade to 
5.17.

My knowledge of LDAP is fairly limited and as a result I am wondering if 
there's a document that can give me a step by step procedure on the best 
way to upgrade?

My setup followed the following Postfix+Dovecot+Phamm howto here.
