[Phamm] Question regarding mail plugin

Hi,
i start to use phamm .0.5.17 which is great 
i have some question regarding the mail plugin
1- what is the value of the default max accounts, max aliases, max quota 
i try to login with postmaster at example.com and could assign more quota than default max quota which is 100 and could create more than 100 users ??????
2- i am trying to use multistorage location , so i guess i need to change postfixtransport from dovecot: to the smtp server of that domain ,, changed the value in mail.xml for hidden to 0 but still can't view that field from web based interface , so the only solution now is to use phpldapadmin i guess??? correct me if i am wrong
3-for every new user there is smtpauth selection , what is the need of that value , i am using sasl and tls and if that value true or false it make no difference
