[Phamm] Phamm difficulties

Hello, all.

I tried to install Phamm last week and ran into a few difficulties. Here
they are, hoping this will be useful to somebody.

- Phamm's webpage says that it is translated in english, italian, german,
spanish, vietnamese, polish and russian. I started translating in french
before realizing that it is also translated in french, hungarian and danish.

- If you log in Phamm with a dn, you will not get a level setting for your
session. With Phamm's default settings, the next screen will have an empty
layout (only the header and the footer will be shown) since you need a level
setting to perform most mail-related functions and all other plugins are
disabled by default.
