[Phamm] Phamm and PureFTPd integration

At the moment only the postmaster of the domain can do FTP for his domain.
For this we add two objectclass for him
posixAccount
PureFTPdUser

as you can see in ftp plugin

If you want add the attribute for a user in the domain you must add also
the objectclass above in other case you get the error
