[Phamm] some notes after installing 0.5.15

It is still in example files for storical reason, but now we use only a
postfix transport

we use it in the past.
Now to use vacation we use mailAutoreply attribute and a definition in
virtual.db

Because ISPEnv2.schema do not has a licence that permit to use it in
Debian, for this reason gnarwl is not in lenny.
And also we need to have the schema in a server that could have only a
LDAP server without gnarwl or amavis or postfix.
For this exist a package named phamm-ldap-vacation
http://packages.debian.org/squeeze/phamm-ldap-vacation
that contain only the schema
