[Phamm] some notes after installing 0.5.15

Hi,

right now I've made a new installation of a mail server based on phamm.. 
I come from using phamm 0.4.x and although I've did some updates to 
0.5.x , I didn't have the chance to do a fresh new install. I've seen 
some things in the phamm distribution that seems to be "deprecated". 
Here they are:

 * fork.pl is not used any more? still shipped at 
examples/conf/postfix/fork.pl
 * otherTransport is deprecated? still present but not used by the 
configuration examples.
 * why phamm-vacation if the defined attributes are already in 
ISPEnv2.schema?


A bug report: after modifying an account I am redirected to domain view 
and the breadcrumb is:
All domains > example.com > username at example.com

So the breadcrumb should not include username at example.com or the account 
view must be loaded instead of the domain view.  I think the account 
view is preferably because you need to do at least 2 steps to set 
vacation active and vacation info or to set forward active and 
afterwards the maildrop.



on the other hand, I'd like to have a status report on powerdns plugin. 
I tried to do it by myself and I ended taking some notes about plugins. 
I spect to contribute soon :)
