Hi, I'm sorry to bother you, but I've been stuck for weeks...
I've installed Phamm 0.5.9 with apt-get on Ubuntu 8.10, in order to
use it for virtual mail accounts with Postfix / Dovecot.
I finally managed to get OpenLdap running (the newest version doesn't
use slapd.conf and you have to setup it using a ldap browser), with
the appropriate schemas (Phamm, ISPEnv2, amavis and pureftpd).
The ldap database exists (dc=example,dc=tld), I can access and modify
it with phpldapadmin with both RootDN and cn=admin,dc=example,dc=tld.
I've set the same login / dn values in /etc/phamm/config.php, and
didn't forget to activate the plugins.
It isn't told in the documentation what we should do when the
installation is complete. This howto ->
http://www.howtoforge.com/postfix-virtual-hosting-with-ldap-backend-and-with-dovecot-pop3-imap-on-ubuntu-8.10
suggests to login using "admin" with the password of the bindDN
defined in config.php, but I keep having the "invalid credential
message". When I try to login using "cn=admin,dc=example,dc=tld" it
does login, but then I get an empty page, which only allows me to
logout :(
I read some of the archives of the maling list, and added the
sample-mail.ldif to have at least one active domain in the ldap
directory. It still doesn't work...
(I still haven't set the ACL's, one problem at a time...)
Any ideas? Thanks.
(btw, the demo is broken, you can no more login)
