[Phamm] LDAP Error: Invalid syntax (Code 21) Adding new account

Hi

I have just installed Phamm 0.5.16 as a replacement for Jamm.
I can add a domain but when I try to add a user, I get the error "LDAP Error: Invalid syntax (Code 21)"
